Once completed, your rug is shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.
Free Worldwide Shipping — Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the rug must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Made-to-order, custom-size, and personalized rugs are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Made-to-order rugs may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production planning, wool preparation, dyeing, or weaving may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Ready-to-ship rugs may be cancelled before shipment.

Fatima has been weaving since she was nine years old, learning from her grandmother in a village accessible only by mountain path. Her diamond patterns are a family language, carrying symbols of protection and prosperity passed down through generations.
Once you place your order, Fatima will begin weaving your rug within 48 hours. Your shipping confirmation will include a personal note from her.
