Every Soul Rugs rug is handcrafted to order by Amazigh artisans in Morocco.
Estimated weaving time: 5–6 weeks
Once completed, your rug is shipped with a trusted international carrier, such as DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination.
Free International Shipping to eligible destinations, confirmed at checkout — Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Returns
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you can return this rug within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right of withdrawal. Elsewhere, we accept return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery under our voluntary returns policy; the rug must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Change-of-mind returns are shipped back to Marrakech, Morocco, at the customer’s expense; return shipping costs vary depending on the country of origin, the size and weight of the rug, and the shipping carrier selected. This does not affect remedies for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied rugs. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you may cancel before your rug is delivered and within 14 days of receiving it. Elsewhere, made-to-order rugs may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; after 24 hours, production planning, wool preparation, dyeing, or weaving may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Contact our atelier at contact@soulrugs.com to discuss any dimensions. We work directly with our artisans to fulfil bespoke rug orders.
How long will my rug take?
Every rug is woven to order in approximately 5 to 6 weeks. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the destination. We ship from Marrakech using trusted international carriers, including DHL Express, FedEx and UPS. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer complimentary international shipping from our atelier in Marrakech to eligible destinations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, selected European countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and supported Middle Eastern countries. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination.

Your rug is entrusted to an experienced Amazigh woman artisan in Morocco, who oversees its creation using traditional weaving techniques. Each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to quality, detail, and the heritage of Moroccan rug-making.
