Handmade Product Variations
Each Soul Rugs piece is handcrafted by Amazigh artisans using traditional Moroccan weaving techniques.
Because every rug is handmade, slight variations in size, color, texture, weave density, fringe appearance, and finishing details are natural characteristics of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Product images are intended to represent the rug as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the products.
Made-to-Order Rugs
Many Soul Rugs rugs are woven specifically for each customer.
Made-to-order, custom-size, and personalized rugs are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns based on personal preference, color expectations, texture expectations, room suitability, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund.
