Every rug is carefully handcrafted by skilled Amazigh women artisans using traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations.
We proudly ship worldwide using trusted international carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all rug orders.
In some countries, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges, when applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Production & Processing
Made-to-Order Rugs
Most of our rugs are woven to order by Amazigh artisans in Morocco.
Estimated weaving time:
5–6 weeks
Because every rug is handmade, slight variations in texture, dimensions, and finishing details are part of the beauty and authenticity of traditional craftsmanship.
Ready-to-Ship Rugs
When available, ready-to-ship rugs are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within:
1–2 business days
The availability of ready-to-ship items will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
Order Cancellations
Made-to-Order Rugs
Made-to-order rugs are handcrafted specifically for your order based on the selected size, design, and finish.
Orders may be cancelled within:
24 hours of purchase
After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible because wool preparation, artisan scheduling, loom preparation, dyeing, or weaving may already have begun.
Ready-to-Ship Rugs
Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment from Morocco all the way to its final destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact information are accurate before completing your order.
Soul Rugs cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of both the packaging and the rug and contact us immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
