Once completed, your rug is shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.
Free Worldwide Shipping — Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the rug must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Made-to-order, custom-size, and personalized rugs are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Made-to-order rugs may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production planning, wool preparation, dyeing, or weaving may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Ready-to-ship rugs may be cancelled before shipment.

The Story of This Rug
Design & Character
A vertical chain of solid charcoal diamonds anchors the centre of the ivory field, flanked by two slender branch-like columns accented with multicolor motifs. The strong central geometry and lighter side elements create a balanced composition, combining dark contrast with lively touches of color.
Design Details
Central Diamond Chain
A vertical run of solid charcoal diamonds anchors the middle of the rug, forming the strongest line in the composition.
Flanking Columns
Two slender vertical columns rise on either side of the centre, dotted with small multicolor motifs in contrast to the dark diamonds.
Irregular Small Motifs
The side columns are scattered with small, uneven multicolor shapes that vary from one to the next, giving the rug a lively, non-uniform surface.
