Once completed, your rug is shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.
Free Worldwide Shipping — Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the rug must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Made-to-order, custom-size, and personalized rugs are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Made-to-order rugs may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production planning, wool preparation, dyeing, or weaving may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Ready-to-ship rugs may be cancelled before shipment.

The Story of This Rug
Design & Character
A plush ivory ground carries a bold central column of stacked diamonds in hot pink, royal blue and golden ochre, framed by fine zigzag borders and scattered cross motifs. The strong vertical stack of color sits against open cream wool, giving the rug a clear central axis.

Diamonds in pink, blue and ochre are stacked vertically down the centre, forming the rug's main axis.
