Once completed, your rug is shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.
Free Worldwide Shipping — Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the rug must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Made-to-order, custom-size, and personalized rugs are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Made-to-order rugs may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production planning, wool preparation, dyeing, or weaving may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Ready-to-ship rugs may be cancelled before shipment.
