Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the rug must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Made-to-order, custom-size, and personalized rugs are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Made-to-order rugs may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production planning, wool preparation, dyeing, or weaving may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Ready-to-ship rugs may be cancelled before shipment.

Woven in undyed ivory wool with a plush high pile, this rug carries a hand-carved herringbone running down the centre. The pattern is worked entirely through carved relief in a single tone, giving rhythmic texture to a calm neutral field.

Tonal Ivory
The whole rug is one undyed ivory tone, so the pattern reads through texture, not color.
