Handwoven in Morocco

Once the design is agreed, an Amazigh artisan weaves your rug by hand on a traditional loom. Estimated production time is 5-6 weeks.

Production & Delivery

  • Estimated production time: 5–6 weeks.
  • International shipping begins after production is complete.
  • Free worldwide shipping.
  • United States: estimated shipping time of 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination.

Production and shipping are separate stages: the 5-6 week estimate covers weaving and finishing, before your rug is dispatched.

Custom-made rugs are woven specifically for you and are subject to the conditions set out in our official Returns and Refunds Policy. Under that policy, made-to-order, custom-size and personalized rugs are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered. The published policy is the source of truth for all cases.
